SHIPPING INFORMATION
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
♥Standard Orders Excluding pre-sale can take 3-5 Business days to be shipped out.
♥Presale items can take 4 weeks to ship
Due to covid-19 USPS is experiencing delays in delivering items.
I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG AND NEED TO UPDATE IT.
♥No worries, we can update your shipping information as long as your order HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET.
HOW TO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
♥All unshipped items can be canceled within 24hrs
♥Pre Sale Items can be cancelled but needs to be before pre sale ends. Once pre sale ends unfortunately CAN NOT CANCEL anytime after.
I ORDER THE WRONG ITEM
♥If the order was placed within 24 hours we can change the item for you. Any items are FINAL SALE. Some are made to order and we try our best to reduce waste.
MY ITEM WAS LOST/ STOLEN/DAMAGED
♥We now offer route insurance at checkout. Only orders that purchase Route Insurance will qualify. We do advise purchasing Route insurance for every purchase but highly advise for big ticketed items.
Damaged items are covered through route insurance but please email us with concerns so we can take care of the item for you.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
♥Unfortunately due to covid, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because we are a small business and due to the current state of the pandemic we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING
All packages are tracked through USPS shipping. Orders who purchase Route Insurance are covered for any Lost, Stolen or Damage items.
