♥ Pre order gives you an opportunity to buy an item that will become at an available date. Items are made to order, once pre sale ends there are no returns, exchanges, color changes allowed. 

Stage 1

♥ We host an online pre sale exclusively for our clothing/backdrops/accessories for a duration thats stated in the item details. Pre sale dates my vary.

Stage 2

♥ Once pre order is over all the items are made to order. This process can take up to 4 weeks(backdrops) and 3 weeks for clothing and accessories to receive and ship out orders. If we encounter any delays will we will always share any information regarding this via our instagram page (@lilcroissant)

Stage 3

♥ Once orders are ready to ship you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please double check your email when checking out.
